THE MIND FACTORY ("TMF") TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Players must be aged 14 or over. This is due to health guidance relating to the use of VR equipment by children.

• Participants must take care of the VR equipment and follow all instructions from TMF staff.  At our discretion, breakages must be paid for.

• All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.  However, if your booking is unable to go ahead due to Covid restrictions we will contact you to arrange another date.

• You will not be permitted into the experience if you appear intoxicated or it is noticeable that you have been drinking alcohol.

• We do everything we can to make sure your experience runs smoothly but occasionally technical problems can occur.  Eg loss of power / internet failure.  Should your experience be affected by technical problems we will endeavour to fix the issues immediately.  If this is not possible we will need to reschedule your booking for another date.

• All participants will need to sign a waiver on arrival. No one will be permitted to take part without reading and signing this first.  You can read the waiver HERE.
